History
The Ogema Public Library, located in a renovated, century-old building on Ogema’s main street, also known as Highway 86. Ogema, population 882, is located in southern Price County near “Timm’s Hill,” the highest point in Wisconsin.
The Ogema Lion’s Club was instrumental in establishing the first library in 1973, then called “The Book Shelf, in the former Standard Service Station.
